Quality cabinet construction is in the details such as how the wood members are joined together, what materials bind that joint, what sanding methods are used for preparing doors and panels for the finish – even the number of steps needed to create a high quality finish:

• Seville’s deep penetrating stain is hand rubbed and wiped to reveal each beautiful wood grain.
• A catalyzed sealer is applied then hand sanded to create a smooth consistent surface.
• Finally, a catalyzed conversion varnish, with UV inhibitor, is heat cured

All this is to create a luxurious, durable finish which is impervious to most household agents.
